Both Lockheed Martin T-50As are now flying from the company’s Greenville, South Carolina, final assembly and check out (FACO) facility. TX-1, which had remained in South Korea for additional testing, made its first flight from Greenville on February 20, joining TX-2 here. Lockheed says the T-50A represents the ‘lowest-risk offering’ for the US Air Force T-X competition.
